Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or using the services of Reliant Moving Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Our Services
Reliant Moving Solutions provides moving coordination services for residential, long-distance, and commercial relocations. We work with licensed, insured carriers to facilitate the transportation of your household goods and personal property.
All moves are subject to a separate service agreement and Bill of Lading, which will govern the specific terms of your individual move.
Quotes and Pricing
All estimates provided are based on the information you supply at the time of inquiry. Final pricing is subject to change based on actual inventory, access conditions, additional services requested, or changes to your move details.
Binding vs. Non-Binding Estimates: The type of estimate (binding or non-binding) will be clearly stated in your service agreement. Please review your agreement carefully before signing.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement. Generally, a deposit is required at booking with the remaining balance due at delivery. Accepted payment methods will be specified in your agreement.
Failure to make payment as agreed may result in delay of delivery or additional charges as permitted by applicable law.
Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your move without penalty within 3 business days of signing the Bill of Lading, provided the move has not yet been dispatched, per 49 CFR § 375.505(h). Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Liability and Claims
Liability for loss or damage to your goods during transit is governed by the carrier's tariff and applicable federal regulations. The level of liability coverage will be specified in your Bill of Lading.
⚠️ Important: You have the right to obtain additional valuation coverage for your shipment. Please discuss your options with our team before your move date. Claims for loss or damage must be filed in accordance with the timeframes specified in your service agreement.
Your Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your move
- Ensure all items are properly disclosed, including high-value or fragile items
- Be present or have an authorized representative at pickup and delivery
- Ensure reasonable access to your origin and destination locations
- Remove or disclose any hazardous materials that cannot be transported
Prohibited Items
Certain items cannot be transported, including but not limited to: hazardous materials, flammable substances, perishable foods, plants, pets, and items of illegal nature. A complete list will be provided in your service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reliant Moving Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, including the Carmack Amendment (49 U.S.C. § 14706) for interstate moves.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
